St. Louis Summer Stories
St. Louis Summer Stories is a program for 10-12 rising seniors from St. Louis city and county high schools, with or without journalism or video production experience, to come together for a 2-week immersive mobile journalism,video storytelling program. There is NO COST to attend this program! Students will work alongside professional members from WeMakeMovies and Apple, Inc. to document unique, diverse projects focused on STEAM, social and/or community development, or other powerful stories which represent the St. Louis community. Apple will provide students with their newest equipment to use during the 2-week program. St. Louis Summer Stories will meet from 9 am until 4 pm, Monday through Friday, July 27th through August 7th, at the offices of Education Plus, 1460 Craig Road, Saint Louis, MO 63146. Apple will provide lunch each day for every student, as well as transportation services, if needed. To apply, visit StLouisSummerStories.com and scroll to the "Application Process."
