Picture
Tim Gore is the Director of Educational Initiatives for Educate.Today, a free website for teachers and students. Tim was a teacher himself for 28 years until he began working to create programming and content for HEC Media. Educate.Today offers free educational resources, aligned to state standards, which allow teachers and students to engage in first person lessons and stories for Language Arts/Literacy, Arts, STEAM.STEM, Social Studies, and more. In this episode, Tim helps us navigate the resources on the website and delivers great detail about how teachers are using these resources in the classroom, including a Civil Rights lesson with a first person account. Tim also showed two examples of student created content, both of which were produced byLadue Broadcast Technology Students. Educators are invited to have students submit their video work to possibly be used on  the site, simply by emailing info@educate.today.

I would like to speak with Tim Gore about a virtual tour project involving stories about Annie Malone. The current exhibit will close 6/30/22.

This is a time sensitive matter.

I can be reached at (314) 229-0808.
